In 2014, Christina helped us find our “forever home” in our “forever community.” Our daughters settled in the region, and now 5 grandchildren later we needed more room. We decided to list our home during difficult times with Covid-19. We were very concerned about people coming in and out of our house and Richard established a showing criteria that prospective buyers must meet prior to coming in the home and during their walkthrough which was for the safety of all concerned. With that said we listed the home at a price that Richard felt was right for the area. There was some criticism from other realtors that the price was too high. Richard was firm on his evaluation and pricing for the home. He was obviously right because the home sold in two days at the listing price. From there it was smooth sailing until closing. Richard handled all aspects of the process and was in constant contact with us. If you're looking for an agent, we would highly recommend him.

Our relationship with Monica and her team spans 20 years, comprised of buying and selling an oceanfront villa and penthouse and finally buying the oceanfront forever home of our dreams! There are a lot of realtors on Hilton Head Island that do not work very hard. This is not the case with Herman & Davis Properties! They are aggressive in the marketplace and do an excellent job of customer relations and follow-though, all with a high degree of integrity and accountability. Highly recommended

Sanders was a huge asset to our process / purchase. He was knowledgeable, organized and extremely personable. I would rate him 6 stars on all categories if I could. He was very patient in our process but also very communicative. We purchased from Maine, so our process could be considered a bit longer than a typical transaction. He had a great balance of being "in touch", but not too vigorous which I really appreciated. I am very confident when I say that anybody has Sanders represent them in a transaction will be very pleased with his work. He is a very genuine and honest. After the sale he didn't stop trying to help us get situated in Low Country. We don't plan to have another transaction soon, but there is no question Sanders would be our first call if we did!
