Christina did a wonderful, professional job selling my mother's house. The whole process, from signing her listing contract to the closing at the attorney's office, was a breeze...because she knows what she's doing. She convinced me she would get more money for the sale of the house than I could trying to sell it on my own...and she did! I was going to be away for the summer and knew I could trust her to take care of anything that might come up. She took time to do the extra things too...the house was empty, so she did house checks to make sure everything was OK. She even arranged to have a fallen large tree branch removed from the property. Finding a realtor while home hunting from out of town can be challenging, however, Hannah made the process easy. She made herself available whenever we needed to come see homes (even the day of her daughter’s 3rd birthday party). She kept great communication throughout the whole process, staying on top of everything that came our way with our new construction home. Marisa and Diana were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our home-buying process. We had a very condensed amount of time ‘on the ground’ in Bluffton, and Marisa was incredibly efficient. She quickly understood what we were looking for and gave great advice (not just what we wanted to hear), and pre-screened properties sometimes faster than they were even on the market.
