We’ve owned a home in Port Royal since 2006 and over that time have met numerous realtors who profess to know the Port Royal market. Christina Forbis however, is the only one who really does. She has an excellent knowledge of the area, as well as past, current and upcoming listings and sales. She gave us a thorough market analysis and discussed things we should consider doing to improve the marketability, and sales price of our home. With us living out of state, she handled everything to make the sale go through, beginning with advance marketing to professional photographs of our home, verification of HOA assessment payments, arranging for carpet cleaning, coordinating the repair work with our handyman, termite inspection, to recommend of a closing attorney. This is our fourth real estate purchase or sale in Hilton Head Island, but our first with Christina. Her level of customer service far exceeds the others. We’ll never use anyone else; she’s great.

We recently listed our vacation rental condo with Shelley and Gary, and it was a fantastic experience! We were kicking around the idea for a while and decided to test the water since it seemed like prices might have been going up and we figured we would see what happens. We talked to Shelley and Gary a bunch as we were deciding whether to list the unit or not, and they were incredibly helpful with all the information that they provided. Daniel and Debbie are an amazing real estate team. Daniel quickly accessed our needs and identified a number of properties that met our investment criteria. “Sabrina was the listing agent on my condo at the Preserve in Hilton Head. We owned the unit for over 15 years and used it as rental; vacation home and primary residence over the years, it definitely had sentimental value to us.
