We recently listed our vacation rental condo with Shelley and Gary, and it was a fantastic experience! We’ve owned a home in Port Royal since 2006 and over that time have met numerous realtors who profess to know the Port Royal market. Christina Forbis however, is the only one who really does. She has an excellent knowledge of the area, as well as past, current and upcoming listings and sales. She gave us a thorough market analysis and discussed things we should consider doing to improve the marketability, and sales price of our home. With us living out of state, she handled everything to make the sale go through, beginning with advance marketing to professional photographs of our home, verification of HOA assessment payments, arranging for carpet cleaning, coordinating the repair work with our handyman, termite inspection, to recommend of a closing attorney. I highly recommend Scott Collins and consider him to be the most professional real estate person I have ever dealt with. Over the years we have sold seven houses, dealt with as many real estate agents, but the experience with Scott was the best ever. Selling a home is always a stressful experience but Scott made it much less of one. He kept in contact with us from the very beginning, took the time to explain the market conditions, the current trend of buyers in our price range, the marketing strengths of his company and the strategies that would be used to interest and attract buyers. He was always available to answer questions and made us feel that we were his most important clients. Our house sold quickly thanks to Scott but an event that occurred just before closing on the sale of our home speaks volumes about his professionalism and caring nature. Due to some issues with our moving company, some items were left behind in the garage that needed to be disposed of but we had already left the area. Frantic, I called Scott the day before closing and explained the situation. Scott said not to worry about it. Two hours later the issue was resolved. Need I say more about why I recommend Scott.
