We decided to list our home during difficult times with Covid-19. We were very concerned about people coming in and out of our house and Richard established a showing criteria that prospective buyers must meet prior to coming in the home and during their walkthrough which was for the safety of all concerned. With that said we listed the home at a price that Richard felt was right for the area. There was some criticism from other realtors that the price was too high. Richard was firm on his evaluation and pricing for the home. He was obviously right because the home sold in two days at the listing price. From there it was smooth sailing until closing. Richard handled all aspects of the process and was in constant contact with us. If you're looking for an agent, we would highly recommend him.

Neil walked us through all of the steps and explained things in a way that was easily understandable (even the complicated paperwork). He provided a wealth of information when we had questions, and made excellent recommendations. He was very detail-oriented and told us what to expect, what items of the transaction we would be responsible for in each instance (whether buying or selling), and what kind of timeframe to expect. “Sabrina was the listing agent on my condo at the Preserve in Hilton Head. We owned the unit for over 15 years and used it as rental; vacation home and primary residence over the years, it definitely had sentimental value to us. When it was time to sell, I decided to select an agent based on the recent sales in the community. I selected (3) agents by looking at Zillow Sold Properties, Sabrina was the only one that took my call on Saturday afternoon. We met with her the following Monday and within the week property was listed. Sabrina was very professional, straight forward and promised to look after our home after we left (we are from Nevada). Purchased a home in Sea Pines with Andy and the Reed Team. Andy’s knowledge of the local area and the individual communities was very helpful. He worked with us over the span of two years as we searched for the right second home. During our search we came to the island several times and when Andy was not available Rich took us around.
