In my experience, agents representing the home seller often have to wear many hats but most of all have to be connected to the market – Drew Butler is certainly connected to Indigo Run. We hired Drew, and he earned every cent of his commission – and then some. I was selling my mother’s house long distance on her behalf. It had a couple of challenges that required many showings to get a handful of offers. The first contract fell through. My mother unexpectedly passed away after the second contract was signed, but before the closing, leaving the deal in limbo. Linda was fantastic helping us find the right home for us and really good with recommendations for all the services we would require to get settled in properly. She made us feel so comfortable which really helped us relax and make a good decision. Duke and Linda helped negotiate a deal that was satisfactory to both parties. Were a little disappointed they were not more attentive to the inspection. Also, a little less attentive after the close but overall, we are very happy with our new home and the job they did to get us here.

Steve was amazing. He lined up multiple showings for us on several days when we were in HHI for a limited number of days. He made sure to explain the amenities of the different plantations. After we left without finding our dream home, Steve kept looking. He sent us several homes to review and even went house hunting with my sister. They called one day and told us they had found our home. We toured with them via video. Stave suggested an off er contingent on our seeing the home in person. Andy Reed at the Reed Team has helped me with 3 properties since I have been buying property in Hilton Head. The first one was when we wanted to sell our property in Sea Pines to build another house. Andy did a fantastic job of determining what we needed to do- to sell the house and then how the house would best show. Small things to us as buyers, but only items that a “Good Realtor” would know: some of the things Andy helped us with: “cut some limbs so you can see the house better” “Power-wash the house so it is clean” Things that to a seller, we really didn’t notice, but to someone, like Andy – he knew what it would take to sell the house! Our house sold in about 3 weeks! Man we were surprised! Then on to the building process, that Andy helped us find a builder and helped us review the floor plan to determine the best house we could build (by the way he wasn’t even making a commission). Although, I guess Andy knows how to keep a customer – because since Andy had helped us so much on the last sell, we asked him to be our Realtor on a purchase we made in order to live – until our house was built.
