We decided to list our home during difficult times with Covid-19. We were very concerned about people coming in and out of our house and Richard established a showing criteria that prospective buyers must meet prior to coming in the home and during their walkthrough which was for the safety of all concerned. With that said we listed the home at a price that Richard felt was right for the area. There was some criticism from other realtors that the price was too high. Richard was firm on his evaluation and pricing for the home. He was obviously right because the home sold in two days at the listing price. From there it was smooth sailing until closing. Richard handled all aspects of the process and was in constant contact with us. If you're looking for an agent, we would highly recommend him.
Christina is a gifted and talented real estate agent. In our experience in both our recent sale of a home and purchase of another one, Christina was not only on top of everything but made sure if there was a repair or something that needed to happen to make the transaction smooth or complete, she always knows just the right person to do the job.
