What a journey we’ve been on the last year! We knew that we needed to downsize but we also wanted a nice garden for Lisa. Christina did a wonderful, professional job selling my mother's house. The whole process, from signing her listing contract to the closing at the attorney's office, was a breeze...because she knows what she's doing. She convinced me she would get more money for the sale of the house than I could trying to sell it on my own...and she did! I was going to be away for the summer and knew I could trust her to take care of anything that might come up. She took time to do the extra things too...the house was empty, so she did house checks to make sure everything was OK. She even arranged to have a fallen large tree branch removed from the property. I have no hesitation in saying you won't be disappointed with her commitment to selling your house.
