We’ve owned a home in Port Royal since 2006 and over that time have met numerous realtors who profess to know the Port Royal market. Christina Forbis however, is the only one who really does. She has an excellent knowledge of the area, as well as past, current and upcoming listings and sales. She gave us a thorough market analysis and discussed things we should consider doing to improve the marketability, and sales price of our home. With us living out of state, she handled everything to make the sale go through, beginning with advance marketing to professional photographs of our home, verification of HOA assessment payments, arranging for carpet cleaning, coordinating the repair work with our handyman, termite inspection, to recommend of a closing attorney. This is our fourth real estate purchase or sale in Hilton Head Island, but our first with Christina. Her level of customer service far exceeds the others. We’ll never use anyone else; she’s great.

Sanders was a huge asset to our process / purchase. He was knowledgeable, organized and extremely personable. I would rate him 6 stars on all categories if I could. He was very patient in our process but also very communicative. We purchased from Maine, so our process could be considered a bit longer than a typical transaction. He had a great balance of being "in touch", but not too vigorous which I really appreciated. I am very confident when I say that anybody has Sanders represent them in a transaction will be very pleased with his work. He is a very genuine and honest. After the sale he didn't stop trying to help us get situated in Low Country. We don't plan to have another transaction soon, but there is no question Sanders would be our first call if we did!

Tom Defazio was always available on short notice to show us properties we were interested in. “Sabrina was the listing agent on my condo at the Preserve in Hilton Head. We owned the unit for over 15 years and used it as rental; vacation home and primary residence over the years, it definitely had sentimental value to us. When it was time to sell, I decided to select an agent based on the recent sales in the community. I selected (3) agents by looking at Zillow Sold Properties, Sabrina was the only one that took my call on Saturday afternoon. We met with her the following Monday and within the week property was listed. Sabrina was very professional, straight forward and promised to look after our home after we left (we are from Nevada). We started a search for Hilton Head properties a few months ago when we were connected to Daniel and Deb Cort. When I spoke to Daniel he listened to exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to do. He offered up his suggestions as a friend would when helping you to make a decision. My wife and I immediately felt very comfortable with his tremendous knowledge of the Island and the best places to look. He was able to walk us through properties while we were in FL and his attention to detail was amazing as we bought a property without actually walking through it. We were able to do this because of the trust and faith we quickly put in him and his team. When we started the process of the offer and negotiation, his wife Deb took over and her attention to detail and follow up was AMAZING. Again, we were doing this from 4 hours away and needed someone to represent us as they would a family member. That is truly what they have become to us. We then got a number of suggestions from them on handymen and rental agents and they have all been spot on. I cant give enough of a 5 star rating here as I would love to give more. They treated us like family and when you are making a large purchase it can be overwhelming. They truly went the extra mile to do more than asked!
Duke (especially with his background) and Linda have an excellent grasp of the condition of the real estate market in gated communities. Both Linda and Duke are responsive and provide frank information on the market and what should or should not be done to sell your property.
I’ve known Drew for almost 30 years, and this is now my third real estate transaction with him. He knows the market extremely well, especially in Indigo Run, and is a fantastic negotiator. Drew is honest, trustworthy, and hardworking, always following up and making sure every detail is handled. With the support of his great assistant, Kim, the process is seamless.
