Steve was amazing. He lined up multiple showings for us on several days when we were in HHI for a limited number of days. He made sure to explain the amenities of the different plantations. After we left without finding our dream home, Steve kept looking. He sent us several homes to review and even went house hunting with my sister. They called one day and told us they had found our home. We toured with them via video. Stave suggested an off er contingent on our seeing the home in person. Our relationship with Monica and her team spans 20 years, comprised of buying and selling an oceanfront villa and penthouse and finally buying the oceanfront forever home of our dreams! Andy Reed at the Reed Team has helped me with 3 properties since I have been buying property in Hilton Head. The first one was when we wanted to sell our property in Sea Pines to build another house. Andy did a fantastic job of determining what we needed to do- to sell the house and then how the house would best show. Small things to us as buyers, but only items that a “Good Realtor” would know: some of the things Andy helped us with: “cut some limbs so you can see the house better” “Power-wash the house so it is clean” Things that to a seller, we really didn’t notice, but to someone, like Andy – he knew what it would take to sell the house! Our house sold in about 3 weeks! Man we were surprised! Then on to the building process, that Andy helped us find a builder and helped us review the floor plan to determine the best house we could build (by the way he wasn’t even making a commission). Although, I guess Andy knows how to keep a customer – because since Andy had helped us so much on the last sell, we asked him to be our Realtor on a purchase we made in order to live – until our house was built. NOW we are in our DREAM HOME and have Andy to help us sell our other house. Andy is always available and helpful in anything you ask him!!! Thanks Andy for a job well done!

We started a search for Hilton Head properties a few months ago when we were connected to Daniel and Deb Cort. When I spoke to Daniel he listened to exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to do. He offered up his suggestions as a friend would when helping you to make a decision. My wife and I immediately felt very comfortable with his tremendous knowledge of the Island and the best places to look. He was able to walk us through properties while we were in FL and his attention to detail was amazing as we bought a property without actually walking through it. We were able to do this because of the trust and faith we quickly put in him and his team. When we started the process of the offer and negotiation, his wife Deb took over and her attention to detail and follow up was AMAZING. Again, we were doing this from 4 hours away and needed someone to represent us as they would a family member. That is truly what they have become to us. We then got a number of suggestions from them on handymen and rental agents and they have all been spot on. I can't give enough of a 5 star rating here as I would love to give more. They treated us like family and when you are making a large purchase it can be overwhelming. They truly went the extra mile to do more than asked!
