Debbie and Daniel Cort are hard-working and dedicated to the community in and around the Hilton Head area. They are diligent in selling and finding homes for their customers. I contacted them to sell my home, hoping to put it on the market in November, and it was sold by the end of November. Linda was fantastic helping us find the right home for us and really good with recommendations for all the services we would require to get settled in properly. She made us feel so comfortable which really helped us relax and make a good decision. Duke and Linda helped negotiate a deal that was satisfactory to both parties. Were a little disappointed they were not more attentive to the inspection. Also, a little less attentive after the close but overall, we are very happy with our new home and the job they did to get us here.
