Ardsley Park Real Estate

Since 1909, Ardsley Park has been in the works! This historic district is laid out to reflect a grid with boundaries defined as Victory Drive (north), 52nd Street (south), Bull Street (west), and Waters Avenue (east). Beautiful parks can be found between streets and crescent-shaped avenues, making Ardsley Park a small and quaint town.

The district centers on a largely residential neighborhood of wood-frame houses developed in 1909–1910 as two subdivisions: Ardsley Park to the west of Habersham Street and Chatham Crescent to its east. The area's three architectural styles are Late 19th and 20th Century Revivals, Late 19th and early 20th Century American Movements, and Late Victorian.
