The home had been listed with a broker that was not in the area and had limited access except during the weekdays. I was traveling in from out of state. I had been watching the property online for about 60 days. When visiting we found out that they would only take calls and show the property on weekdays. Jennifer went out of her way to reach the sellers broker over the weekend and to let them know they had a very interested and qualified buyer. We attempted a Monday morning showing but they could not meet that timing. Jennifer and I walked the home via video and she was very careful to point out areas that she felt needed repair and was honest about the condition of the home.
