Christina did a wonderful, professional job selling my mother's house. The whole process, from signing her listing contract to the closing at the attorney's office, was a breeze...because she knows what she's doing. She convinced me she would get more money for the sale of the house than I could trying to sell it on my own...and she did! I was going to be away for the summer and knew I could trust her to take care of anything that might come up. She took time to do the extra things too...the house was empty, so she did house checks to make sure everything was OK. She even arranged to have a fallen large tree branch removed from the property. Sanders was an absolute 10 out of 10. From the first email Sanders responsiveness was top notch. I think I maybe had one call that wasn’t picked up after the 3rd ring. He is friendly, patient and will take the time to get to know you and help you find the right house. He is not a pushy agent…he gives you honest responses and helps you understand the pro’s/con’s of areas and homes. Sanders is incredibly knowledgeable about the Hilton Head area as he grew up there plus he draws on the experience of his father Richard who has been an agent in the area for decades.
