Inventory of Homes for Sale in Beaufort Increased

The inventory of homes for sale in Beaufort rose 14% compared to May 2018. This past May, we saw a total of 311 homes in Beaufort enter the market. In May of 2018, 285 Beaufort homes entered the market. Like Bluffton, the increase in inventory levels is likely due to the amount of new construction and developments of micro-communities in Beaufort. The overall median sales price was up 5.6% compared to May 2018. The current median sales price is $235,000. Inventory for homes in this price range decreased by more than 8% compared to May 2018.
