I do not see any difference between a stock portfolio management and the expectations on maximizing the revenue of your home. After all, for most of us, our home is one of the most important assets in our lives. If you are choosing a financial analyst partner, you search to find the most competent person in the industry. It has to be somebody you trust with your money, and his/her advice can be critical in growing your money. Why should it be any different with your real estate partner?

Just because you have a termite contract in the Lowcountry does not mean that you are covered for damage from this new type of dangerous termite. The Formosa termites have entered the Lowcountry, and you don’t want to find yourself without coverage.

Remember that termite coverage is really nothing other than term insurance and termites eat a structure from the inside out, so they are extremely difficult to detect. Once established, Formosan termites have never been eradicated from an area, so it looks like they are here to stay.
