Get to know Charter One Realty Client Relations Specialist, Christine Vienne.

Christina is a vital member of our Charter One Realty team, providing our sales professionals and clients the support that they need in their real estate transactions.  She attends to the details of every transaction and ensures every step of the process runs as smoothly as possible.

What brought you to the Lowcountry?

My husband Charlie.  An old friend of his owned several lots on Hilton Head.  Charlie was asked…if you ever want to get out of New York, c’mon down I could use a hand.  My husband is a licensed contractor, so we came down to check things out, and quickly fell in love with it.  At first, I was skeptical.  I didn’t understand the whole “gated community” thing.  I kept asking...” where are the neighborhoods, and what do you mean I need a pass???”  It’s very different from life on Long Island that’s for sure, and a heck of a lot less expensive. 

What are your passions in life outside of work?

Just enjoying the outdoors!  We bike a lot or take long walks. 

Who Inspires you? 

I always draw on my upbringing, so of course, it’s my Mom & Dad.    

Do you have any hidden talents? 

Nope, what you see is what you get :o)

Why Charter One Realty?

It was just a good fit from the start.  I was hired to work for the Charter One/Wexford office, and I didn’t know anything about working in real estate at the time.  I knew Charter One was the #1 company, and when I got the call for an interview, I jumped at it.

How long have you been with the company? 

16 years

What is your favorite part about the people you work with? 

They’re my family.  We laugh, we argue, and laugh some more.  I love my job and the people I’m surrounded by.

Tell us about the friendships you have made at Charter One Realty? 

I’m very fortunate to say that I’ve made many.  Even those who left for one reason or another, I still stay in touch with, and meet up for lunch and Happy Hour often!
