2019 Food and Toy Drive

As the holidays approach, we invite you to consider giving back to our neighbors in need. One small gift can make a huge difference!

Charter One Realty is hosting a Holiday Food and Toy Drive to benefit Lowcountry families facing difficult times during the holiday season. The drive will continue through the holiday season, ending on December 9th for new and unwrapped toys, and December 16th for non-perishable food items. Members of the community are encouraged to drop off new, unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items in collection boxes positioned in the lobbies of our offices. We welcome your donations, Monday - Friday between 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM at the following locations:

  • 2 North Forest Beach Drive, Suite 119 (Beach Market) - Hilton Head Island
  • 5 Park Lane - Hilton Head Island
  • 11 Park Lane - Hilton Head Island
  • 81 Main Street - Hilton Head Island
  • 2 Colleton River - Bluffton
  • 1 Promenade, Suite 100 - Bluffton
  • 2 Belfair Oaks - Bluffton
  • 1024 Berkeley Hall Boulevard - Bluffton
  • 10 Oldfield Way - Okatie
  • 1001 Bay Street, Suite 25 - Downtown Beaufort

Food Donations:

Donations of non-perishable food items may be collected throughout November and December with two delivery dates during the holidays.

Thanksgiving food donations will be distributed on November 18th. 

Christmas food donations will be distributed on December 16th.

Toy Donations:

Donations of new and unwrapped toys are being collected throughout November and December. Donated toys will be distributed on December 9th and delivered to local organizations.

What to Donate:

Food items needed for the food drive include canned soups, boxed side dishes, canned fruits and vegetables, boxed pasta and sauces, boxed and dried soups and potatoes, rice, peanut butter, packaged snacks, and any other boxed or canned non-perishable food items that are not outdated.

Toy items needed for the toy drive include new and unwrapped toys such as books, stuffed animals, board games, sports equipment, dolls, action figures, and miscellaneous items.
