The Bluffton and Mainland Inventory of Homes for Sale

The inventory of homes for sale in Bluffton rose 3.2% compared to May 2018. This past May, we saw a total of 308 homes in Bluffton enter the market. In May of 2018, 270 Bluffton homes entered the market. The increase in inventory levels is likely due to the amount of new construction and developments of micro-communities in Bluffton and Okatie. Planned communities by national builders like D.R. Horton, Pulte, K Hovanian, and Village Park seem to be popping up all over town.

This makes complete sense since Bluffton is one of the fastest growing towns in South Carolina. We have our own little Field of Dreams here...We're building it, and they're coming! Fast! Take a look at these brand new homes for sale in Bluffton, Hardeeville, and Okatie.
