The Bluffton and Mainland Inventory of Homes for Sale

The inventory of homes for sale in Bluffton rose 3.2% compared to May 2018. This past May, we saw a total of 308 homes in Bluffton enter the market. In May of 2018, 270 Bluffton homes entered the market. The increase in inventory levels is likely due to the amount of new construction and developments of micro-communities in Bluffton and Okatie. Charter One Realty has announced that Bluffton-based Gateway Realty is merging into its operations, bringing the total number of Charter One Realty office locations to 11 between Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and Okatie.
