Alan received a degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona and joined the firm Grubb and Ellis where he began a successful career in commercial real estate. After many years as head of retail for Grubb and Ellis in Atlanta, Alan moved back to his hometown of Richmond, Virginia where he raised his three children. While in Richmond, Alan transitioned into the financial service industry helping individuals and families with investing and estate planning.
Alan and his wife, Lisa, made the move to the Lowcountry after all of their children graduated from college. Having worked in both the real estate and financial industries, plus a shared love for the Lowcountry, Alan realized he had a unique perspective and expertise to offer families in the process of moving to the area. The transition back into real estate was a natural step and he hopes to build upon his success and focus on helping his clients achieve their individual real estate goals.
