Kimberlee Patterson Joins Bluffton Office of Established Real Estate Brokerage

Kimberlee will be working out of the Belfair Office of Charter One Realty, which is located at 2 Belfair Oaks Boulevard in Bluffton, SC.
Kimberlee has been a Lowcountry resident for over 25 years. Having lived in Hilton Head, Bluffton and Okatie, she has first-hand knowledge of the evolving real estate market. Kimberlee values her client relationships and pledges personalized service making sure each real estate transaction is a positive and profitable experience.
Prior to joining Charter One Realty, Kimberlee was a member of the #1 Sales Team for Dunes Real Estate for five consecutive years—2013 through 2017—as well as a Top 10 producing team in the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton real estate market.
