Charter One Realty would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to their agents, staff, clients, friends, and neighbors who graciously donated to the Toys for Tots drive. All told, more than 16 boxes of toys and three bikes were donated this year. Without the support of the community and local businesses, this project would not be successful. "It was heartwarming to see the generous outpouring of toys, books, and games donated this year’” said Paige Rose, Chief Marketing Officer. “We are thrilled with the community response, and thank everyone for the joy they have brought to hundreds of local children this holiday season.”

The Holiday Season is the Season of Giving

Helping to ensure a happy and toy-filled Christmas morning for many Lowcountry children, Charter One Realty has teamed up with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves' charity, Toys for Tots, to support the local community's needy children. The Charter One Realty offices in the Lowcountry have been designated as drop-off locations for the toy drive. New and unwrapped toys are graciously being accepted now through December 14th. The holiday season is the season of giving, and one group that is known most for giving is the U.S Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Foundation. Toys for Tots collects toys from people all around the United States and donates them to underprivileged families. Charter One Realty is pleased to join the mission of the program which is to “DELIVER” smiles through giving new and unwrapped toys. Charter One Realty Announces $36,000 Commitment to Volunteers In Medicine

Charter One Realty, the leading real estate brokerage in the Lowcountry, is giving back to the community with a commitment to donate $36,000 to Volunteers in Medicine. Volunteers in Medicine HHI, a non-profit 501(c)(3), provides free comprehensive medical and dental health care to patients who cannot afford these services, and who qualify for care at VIM. By providing free medical and dental to those in need, VIM is making a tremendous impact on the lives throughout the coastal Lowcountry.
