Toys for Tots

The holiday season is the season of giving, and one group that is known most for giving is the U.S Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Foundation. Toys for Tots collects toys from people all around the United States and donates them to underprivileged families. Charter One Realty is pleased to join the mission of the program which is to “DELIVER” smiles through giving new and unwrapped toys. We are happy to announce that our Charter One Realty offices will serve as drop off locations for Toys for Tots.

It doesn’t cost much to put a smile on a child’s face, BUT a smile that YOU create through giving is worth more than anything!

Without the support of the community and local businesses, this project would not be successful. The sales offices listed…

Home Staging

So you’ve decided the time has finally come to make your move to the Lowcountry.

First of all, smart move. We’re a little biased, but our little region of the south is one of the most charming and welcoming places on earth and we can’t wait to welcome you.

But first, you have to get your hone on the market. And if you want it to move, you’re going to have to roll up your sleeves and get some work done. Start by thinking about what made you fall in love with this house in the first place – what design feature first captivated you, which view first took your breath away, and then build from there.

Dear Friends,

The coast is clear in the Lowcountry. Residents have returned to the Island and businesses have opened their doors. Public roads were clear on Tuesday as residents were allowed to return to their homes on Hilton Head. Many residents experienced downed limbs and slight debris. Some areas in the Lowcountry experienced flooding, but for the most part, the damage to our area was minimal after Tropical Storm Irma.

Since Irma, weather conditions have been nothing short of perfect. The sun is shining and warming our hearts and homes. As we go about our day to day business, one cannot miss the surrounding beauty of our area and realize, this is why we “love where we live.”

Concerning real estate in our area, the market…

They can be found here Resources You Can Use Before, During, and After a Hurricane.

To help in the preparation process, we wanted to share a few suggestions and emergency preparedness check lists.

1. Fill up all vehicles with gas, check tires and oil
2. Have cash on-hand
3. Organize and pack important documents including insurance policies
4. Photograph your property including the interior, exterior, additional structures, and…

Local means friends you can count on, neighbors you can trust, and business you go out of your way to support. Real Estate is a local business which means every home, in every community is unique, and each deserves the attention, care and consideration only a local company can offer. Charter One Realty is local through and through. We are the names and faces that you recognize in your communities and we are proud to live, work and give in the Lowcountry. But at the end of the day, we know that not all buyers are local. So when it comes to our marketing programs, we think globally.
