HarbourFest Announces Changes For 2016 Festivals in Shelter Cove

For locals and visitors alike, HarbourFest is a highly anticipated weekly event on Hilton Head Island. In fact, more than 60,000 people attend this festival of music, fun and fireworks along the Shelter Cove Harbour.
